Configuration for Telephone

Find and select Telephony from search.

Click "Configurate Telephony" and select “Telephony Settings”

Choose the following information:

Set Up Extension Numbers for Bitrix Users

• On the Telephony page, select "Telephony Users"

• Choose the user and assign an extension number to them.

Ensure that the extension matches accurately with the Pitel system.
