Introduction

Pitel Connect for Bitrix24 (PC4B) is a Bitrix24 app that allows Inbound and Outbound calls to be made directly from Bitrix through the Pitel PBX.

• Make a call directly from Bitrix24 to a customer’s phone number (From Bitrix web, Bitrix Mobile App, Softphone) Calling from outside to Bitrix24 user. PC4B automatically performs the following task:
• Create a lead (if it doesn’t already exist)
• Record the call history (CDR)
• Attach the call recording to Bitrix24
