HubSpot Integration

Overview

The application is an extension for the HubSpot platform, helping businesses integrate their PBX system directly into the HubSpot interface for making calls, recording calls, and automatically saving call history.

Features include:

• Click-to-call: Make calls directly from the HubSpot interface.
• Customer Information Display: Show caller details when an inbound call comes.
• Automatic Call Log Sync: Call history is saved automatically on HubSpot.
• Call Recording Sync: Call recordings are automatically synced to the respective contact/deal timeline.

Prerequisites

Before starting, please make sure you have:

1. HubSpot Account: An active HubSpot account with permissions to install applications.
2. Pitel Account: Pitel credentials, including:
   • API URL & API Key
   • SIP Domain & SIP Websocket Server
   • Pitel Agent Accounts (Extensions)
